Product introduction:This product is made of high quality antioxidant, coolant, brightener, rust inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor and other multi-functional additive.It is prepared by adding a compound. It has the advantages of fast cooling speed, good oil solubility, excellent antioxidant properties and the ability to maintain the finish of parts.
The product is suitable for ordinary quenching oil, bright quenching oil and rapid quenching oil, which are used in the modulation of SH0564-93 standard. The adjusted products meet the technical requirements of JB/T6955-93 commonly used quenching medium for heat treatment.

Packing and storage:
1. The composite agent is packed in a 200L metal barrel, 180 kg/barrel. Avoid contact with strong oxidants.
2, storage temperature should not exceed :45℃, it is strictly prohibited to mix with water and impurities.
3. Its packaging, marking, transportation, storage and delivery acceptance shall be carried out according to SH/T0164.
