II. Production Process

Methylacrylic acid and fatty alcohol esterification, distillation after treatment to methacrylate, polymerization reaction to polymethacrylate

III. Performace and Application:

This product provides excellent shear stability performance, which effectively improves the viscosity index and low temperature performance of the oil.; it is used in the formulation of lubricating oil products such as internal combustion engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and other applications, and considered as general viscosity index Improver; it has favourable Viscosity Index improvement performance in Group I, II and III base oils.

VI. Packaging Storage and Transportation：

Packed in iron drums with a net weight of 170kg/drum,850kg/ IBC Drum.

Applicable to various modes of transportation.

 

VII. Storage, Transportation & Protection

The maximum storage and transportation temperature shall not exceed 60℃ in short term, and shall not exceed 45℃ in long term. The shelf life is 2 years, stored in dry, clean, ventilated warehouse.

In case of accidental contact with skin, wash it off thoroughly with water and detergents.
